Ayyyyyyyyyyy sorry gang, I don't have one for this week! There isn't an alarming reason, I just sort of fell over the deadline, which happens from time to time. I don't want to beat myself up about it.

As some form of stopgap, here's a scan of that GI Joe where they reveal how Serpentor invented the pizza. I guess I'm still thinking about comfort food from last week? Anyway it's finally cool enough in Rhode Island to run the oven without damage to self, I'm probably going to get some kind of tiny pizza situation going.

the groundskeeper would like me to communicate that the water feature outside the castle is now to be considered "a pond", because there is stable wildlife. I guess that makes sense, that that would be the distinction. Also, this is almost like the thing about picking the flowers, but the lilypads in the pond... I understand the desire to thump them, you can just go ahead and do that, it's not a big deal. You can't rest a beer on them (of a glass of lemonade for that matter) but if you feel the urge to reach out and thump them a couple times, just go ahead and do. I don't know if they like it or don't like it, who knows what the hell they like. but it doesn't seem to hurt, and it feels good somehow. [outside]
