Tiger Unlimited
Many many many many people have been asking me lately if I'd consider putting my celebrated series of mugs for sale online again. Well I did it, it's up. I made a new site for them, and while I was doing that I had about a million ideas for other things in this format, some of which are not even jokes, they're just like regular nice. None (or very few) of those new ones have dripped off the dome yet, they're still condensing in the cool and delightful early morning atmosphere of this project. But the old ones are up, and I'm thinking I'll just continue on this path for as long as feels appropriate, this emotional homegoods / design group path.
there's 100+ like this ⤴
The new site is called TIGER UNLIMITED, it's at [tigerunlimited.com]. Naming things can be very difficult but I didn't think very long about this name, which is such a blessing. I love tigers and I love thinking of them without limit.
I'll post here of course, when I have another new collection available, or I may remind you of this other site's existence from time to time, just a link at the bottom of a post now and then. I also set up an Instagram account, to try and drum up sales that way. If any of you do that particular platform, give me a follow, it's [@tigerunlim]. In addition to posting mugs I'm anticipating posting a fair amount of pictures of tigers, tigers in life and in art. Hopefully everyone can groove on that.
Right now on the website there's two collections up-- the [Conversation Collection], which contains all the mugs I sold previously, conversational in nature, and the [Prestige Collection], which is a luxury riff. I'm overjoyed to finally have a luxury riff in the catalog-- I've been thinking for years that I should have something for the decadent spender and I really think I pinned it. And the other ones still make me laugh... file under LTMAM (laughing to myself about myself).
I'm nervous of course launching a new thing, but I'm happy that the motif is tigers, and that the deliverable is a chalice, that's a great symbol for right now. In the tarot the cup means open, receptive, the heart, etc., plus there's practical niceties to a cup like you pick it up, you hold it, it gets cold and you warm it up, you carry it from room to room, etc.. Anyway if anything on the website looks weird please let me know. And of course like comment and subscribe, share where applicable, and splurge if you feel like getting a gift for yourself or a loved one.
:)
